Meet our 2022-2022 Executive Board Members
Elizabeth Denning, President
Elizabeth is an alumna of Epsilon Pi (George Mason University) and graduated with a degree in Graphic Design. She graduated with her MBA in from Lynn University In Boca Raton, Florida. She currently serves in many volunteer roles for Gamma Phi Beta including Chapter Advisor for Beta Zeta (UVA), Recruitment Advisor for Epsilon Pi (George Mason), and New Member Education Advisor for Eta Nu (James Madison). We she's not working or volunteering her time, you can find her hanging out with her 2 basset hounds, Bentley and Madeline! She also owns and operates her very own Sorority jewelry store, A Little Grace (alittlegrace.com).
Katy Mumper, Vice President
Katy is an alumna of the Epsilon Pi (George Mason University). She graduated in 2019 with a degree in Business Management and currently works as a Recruiter for Alarm.com in Tysons, VA. She lives in Arlington with her partner Richard, and their cat Tiny. She
Julie Wright, Treasurer
Julie was initiated at Alpha Nu Chapter, Wittenberg University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. She also earned a Master of Business Administration degree at Pittsburg State University. She has served as the Delta Kappa Chapter Advisor, Gamma Phi Beta Area Financial Advisor and as Trustee of the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation. She is retired from the American Red Cross and currently works part-time as business manager for the Clarendon United Methodist Church and the Cherrydale United Methodist Church in Arlington, VA. She enjoys bridge, golf and monthly lunch meetings with the Classy Crescents.
Caitlin Joseph, Vice President of Programming, Membership, & Public Relations
Caitlin is an alumna of Epsilon Pi (George Mason University) and graduated with a dual degree in Public Relations and Events Management She currently works as an Events and Meetings Coordinator for a commercial real estate company in Washington, D.C. Caitlin currently serves as the Recruitment Advisor for the Eta Epsilon Chapter at Virginia Tech. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and vintage/antique shopping!
Julie Trkula, Past President
Julie is an alumna of Epsilon Pi (George Mason University) and graduated with a B.M. in Flute Performance and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Leadership Studies. She currently works at George Mason University as the General Manager of the Green Machine Ensembles. Julie served was a founding member of the Fairfax County Alumnae Chapter and served as President for ten years. In her free time, Julie enjoys kickboxing and spending time with her parents, husband (Matt), son (Royce), and dog (Tango).
Dorothy "Dottie" Stone, Recording Secretary
Dottie is an alumna of the Gamma Chapter at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and was initiated in 1959. Dottie has been an active member of the Fairfax County Alumnae Chapter for many years serving as Crescent Correspondent, Recording Secretary, and overseeing our chapter scholarship fund in partnership with Pennywise Thrift Shop.
